3.On the sidewalks

On the sidewalks pedestrians have priority , so we ride slowly on the sidewalk. In some cases, we should get off bicycle and walk.

4.No smartphones while riding a bicycle.

It is against the law to use a smartphone while riding a bicycle. Stop your bicycle when taking pictures.

※Using a smartphone while riding a bicycle is punishable by imprisonment for up to six months or a fine of up to ¥100,000.
