Important matters

・You must arrive at the meeting place by the meeting time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the tour.
・No refunds will be given for no-shows/no tours. If you are late for the meeting time, you will need to rebook the tour.
・The guide reserves the right to cancel the tour if there is a concern for the safety of the participants. Before booking, please make sure that everyone in your group is confident in their ability to ride a bicycle.
・The rides (electric bicycles) are designed for people over 13 years old, who are at least 145 cm tall and can ride a bicycle with confidence.
・Cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance will receive a 100% refund. Please notify the supplier of your cancellation as soon as possible.
・The guide reserves the right to cancel the tour due to heavy rain, storms, or inclement weather. If the tour is cancelled at the discretion of the guide prior to departure, a 100% refund will be given.
・Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing up for this tour. By signing up for this tour, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this tour.

【Terms and Conditions of Anime Cycling Tour】
(1) Participants shall be aware that riding bicycles on public roads and in nature involves the risk of unexpected accidents, and shall comply with road traffic laws and good manners.
(2) Participants shall follow all rules and regulations established by the organizer and the instructions of the guides, and shall take the utmost care in managing their own safety and health.
(3) The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of any participant who is deemed to pose a danger to himself/herself or other participants, or who does not follow the instructions of the guide.
(4) In the event of any accident, injury, or illness that may occur during participation, regardless of the cause, the Participant shall be responsible for handling the situation at his/her own risk and shall not hold the organizer, sponsors, related parties, or other Participants liable. In addition, the Participant agrees that first aid will be provided in the event of an accident or injury, and agrees not to hold the organizer responsible for the method or results of such first aid.
(5) The participant shall take full responsibility for his/her own property and shall not hold the organizer or other participants liable for any loss of or damage to such property.
(6) In any case, compensation for any accident, injury or illness of the participant that occurs during participation shall be made through the insurance company only within the scope of the following insurance coverage provided by Bicycle Rental. Damage to or loss of property, including bicycles, will not be covered. Death and permanent disability: 1 million yen, hospitalization: 5,000 yen per day, hospital visit: 2,500 yen per day, liability: 200 million yen
(7) If the rented bicycle is damaged or lost due to the participant’s carelessness, etc., the participant shall be obliged to pay for the damage or loss.
(8) In the event of heavy rain, strong winds, or other inclement weather, natural disasters, incidents, or accidents, the tour may be canceled or the tour content may be changed at the discretion of the guide for the safety of the participants. No refunds will be made in the event of any changes to the tour after the tour has started.
(9) The organizer may freely use photographs, videos, and articles taken during the tour on TV, newspapers, magazines, internet media, websites, social networks, printed materials, etc., and may allow the sponsors and related parties to use them.
(10) The organizer shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations, and shall handle personal information of participants in accordance with the organizer’s personal information protection policy.
